Press brake Durma HAP 2560 (figure 1) was produced in 2001 by Turkish company Durma, which is also known as Durmazlar. Durma is a high performance sheet metal working machinery producer. Products and services of this company offer high quality solutions by wide product range for each sheet metal process from cutting to bending, punching to forming as well as other value added processes. Today 50.000 of Durma machines contribute efficiency to different industries worldwide.
One of these machines is our press brake Durma HAP 2560. Construction of the machine is made of high quality materials that ensure a long and safe operation. This press is destined for the forming of the sheet metal along the edges by the matching punch and die. It is used in various industries: machinery, automotive, aviation, instrumentation and construction to produce a variety of closed and open profile, baskets, boxes and cylinders, cones, and so on. Essence of the work of the press brake is providing the necessary effort and working stroke of the crosshead – rigid steel beam, on which you install the necessary tool, which is depends on the desired manufactured product and the bending modes. Durma HAP 2560 is equipped with the NC control, the upper punch and universal 4 sided die. The machine can work in automatic mode and perform programmed bending step by step. The maximum pressure power used for bending is equal to 66 US tons. Bending length is 100.391 inches. Maximum number of the strokes per minute in the automatic mode is 9. Maximum length of the stroke is equal to 5.313 inches. Throat depth has length 8.266 inches. Our press brake has also oil tank which can contain 26 US gal. Machine is powered by the electric motor with power 5.5 KW. Overall dimension of the press brake Durma HAP 2560 is not so big, the length of the machine is 137.797 inches, width is 70.078 inches and height is equal to 86.609 inches. Machine is not also very heavy and has weight 8818 lb. Additional to NC control, the upper punch and universal 4 sided die, the equipment of the press is represented by CE declaration, technical documentation, electric programmable back gauge (figure 2) and control panel (figure 3).
